Raster map

Aim of the method/technique Obtain a data value of the climatic data for all the pixels of a study area to work with grid map in GIS.
Scale – spatial and temporal Between 20 and 100 m raster format grid.
Brief description It is constructed by extrapolating the climatic data collected from the meteorological stations of the region and the surrounding areas (100 m resolution raster format). The data have to include the average of long term data of precipitation, minimum and maximum temperature and potential evapotranspiration (ET0).
Data requirements Sufficient metereological station climatic data to carry out an adequate extrapolation of the climatic data
Main applications in grazing land regions To characterize SESs. To be used as explanatory variables to assess the relationship between SES components.
